Safety Audits (internal)

DISC offers Clients the possibility to identify risks prior to incidents really taking place. We can conduct an internal safety audit for this purpose.

An internal safety audit is a paper verification of the care system. The audit evaluates the care system by means of a thorough evaluation of the documentation, the procedures, the work instructions and the workplace. The results are grouped to risk levels in order to determine a list with priorities. The purpose is to eliminate or to reduce these risks by determining the safety strategies and the taking of (corrective) actions.

The audit report is presented in a uniform layout thus simply enabling improvement or deterioration in the course of time. These reports can be supplied both as hard copies as well as soft copies.
